Depending on the endorsements obtained, cannabis mezzobusinesses can grow, make, sell, and buy cannabis flower (including plants and seedlings), cannabis products, lower-potency hemp edibles, and hemp-derived consumer products.

Activities and products allowed:

• Can operate: Up to three retail locations. Each retail location must also receive a local retail registration from the applicable local government per Minnesota Statutes, section 342.22.
