Uptown Cannabis is a Minnesota-based adult-use cannabis retail business organized as a Limited Liability Company. The company will operate a single, community-oriented store in Glencoe, located on a high-traffic commercial corridor to ensure visibility and accessibility. The space is designed to offer a welcoming, professional, and educational environment where customers receive personalized service from knowledgeable staff.


The product assortment will include flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, vape products, and related accessories – all sourced exclusively from Minnesota-licensed producers and fully compliant with state testing, labeling, and tracking requirements. Every item will be accompanied by up-to-date lab results, accessible in-store and online via QR code. Uptown Cannabis will also pursue approval to offer home delivery, providing safe and discreet service to adult consumers within its designated area.


Customer relationships are central to the brand. A CRM system will support tailored, compliant engagement – helping staff recognize preferences, follow up thoughtfully, and foster long-term loyalty without relying on restricted promotional tactics.
